Minister's Visit
The Hon. Minister of Govt of India , Mr.Thanuskodi Aathithan visited our organization in 2005. He inaugurated the Livelihood Training Center at Kootapuli for the welfare of Tsunami affected Young people in costal areas of Tirunelveli District.

He praised the commendable work carried out by HELP and it's volunteers for the welfare of local Tsunami affected families. He said that the people of Kootapuli and neighbouring villages had lost their houses and income. As a result of the havoc, these families are finding it very difficult to send their kids to school.

The Government is taking several steps towards solving this issue.

"I hope and wish that this training center will provide livelihood training for families and also provide educational support for the kids."

He also remarked that HELP motivates and achieves it's targets in the area.
