Donation and Payment

HELP/helptrust.org accepts donations in all currencies in the form cheque/DD/online money transfer. An authorized covering letter needs to be sent to HELP/helptrust.org specifying the purpose of donation (e.g. sponsoring vocational training, sponsoring a student at HELP etc.) For your information and donation you make to HELP/helptrust.org through the website helptrust.org, a bank fees will automatically be deducted from every donation made using the Website as follows:

The processing bank charges a fee on every donation made to HELP/helptrust.org. Therefore a processing fee will be deducted by the bank for every donation made in favor of HELP/helptrust.org. YOUR DONATION WILL BE PROCESSED IMMEDIATELY BY THE PROCESSING BANK. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IN THE ABSENCE OF FRAUD, YOU SHALL NOT HAVE ANY RIGHT OF CANCELLATION OF YOUR DONATION AND IN PLACING A DONATION, YOU WAIVE ANY STATUTORY RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE TO CANCELLATION OF THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DONATION TO HELPTRUST.ORG.

Credit Card Payment

Users making donations by charge card or credit card hereby agree and assure HELP/ helptrust.org that: all charge card or credit card information supplied is true, correct and complete; the person making the donation is duly authorized to use the charge card or credit card for that purpose; and the donation and the fees will be honored by the donor's credit card company. If you discover that a donation has been made on this website site using your charge card or credit card details in circumstances where you had not agreed to or authorized this, then (provided you have not, through failure to take reasonable care, allowed an unauthorized
person to gain access to your credit card details or password) helptrust.org is not required to refund to you the money they receive provided that: (a) you inform your credit card or charge card company and of the unauthorized payment as soon as you discover it; and (b) you co- operate with your credit card company and, if necessary, the police in relation to the unauthorized use.
